Lockerbie Central is a progressive Christian community dedicated to living out the Micah 6:8 lifestyle:

We are an emerging Christian community re-imagining how we follow the path of Jesus in the 21st century. Together, we seek to be in conversation and action toward building God's dream of justice, mercy, and discipleship.

We just finished our study of Marcus Borg's book, Speaking Christian. It has been a long journey of discovery and questioning.  Though the book study is complete, the conversation will continue as we seek to discern what is means to follow Jesus in the 21st century.

On Wednesday, 2/22 at 6p, we will gather at the church for a Service of Ashes marking the start of Lent, the 40 day period leading up to Easter.

Next Sunday, 2/26, we begin our Lenten study of Jesus' parables beginning with the parable of the lost coin and lost sheep in Luke 15:1-10.
